Saturday:
6:15 am Silent prayer (optional)

Morning:
Lectio divina,
Conferences
and small group discussions.

11:45 Mass
1:00 pm Lunch and cleanup

Afternoon :
Break Out sessions and shared leisure
(Discussion group, Ultimate freesbee ,
Speedball, Rosary Pilgrimage, Adoration)

6:15 Vespers
6:45 Dinner

Evening :
Eucharistic procession
and all night adoration
Here is a list of things to bring :
- Sleeping bag or sheets
- Towel, personal items and toiletries
- Modest clothes for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (nicer dress for Sunday Mass)
- Raingear / umbrella
- Jacket/sweater—as needed, depending on weather
- Walking/sport shoes (for walking on trails and playing sport)
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Bible, Rosary, Notebook and pen for classes
- Personal reading or journal for quiet times (optional)
- Camera (optional)
- Food for those with special dietary needs.
